What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your order is likely already being packed!
Can I use a PO Box as a delivery address?
Our couriers only deliver to physical addresses so please do not use a PO Box number.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift Cards are emailed to you or the recipient and are available here in amounts from $25 to $200. They never expire and are such a great gift idea!
How do I find my size?
Check out our size guide on each product page. Measurements are in centimetres and include fit tips.
What if something doesn't fit?
Easy! Return it for free within 30 days for a store credit or full refund. For more information go to our Returns page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $10 for delivery nationwide, although if you spend over $100 then delivery is free. See our Shipping page for more information.
Can I return sales items?
Yes, but sale items can only be exchanged for store credit, not refunded.
